Confused about IRS regulations for tax-exempt organizations?
Worried about your organization's tax-exempt status?
Want to make sure your organization is in compliance?
Thousands of public charities lost their 501(c)3 status recently by failing to comply with IRS changes to form 990 filing requirements. It's not enough to assume your 501(c)3 status is secure. Learning IRS rules and requirements is the easiest way to protect your organization's status now and in the future.
Join us for a unique, day-long workshop led by IRS Exempt Organization specialists. Learn about the latest changes to IRS regulations and filing requirements for small and medium-sized 501(c)3 public charities.
Topics include:
- Benefits and responsibilities of tax-exempt status
- Unrelated Business Income
- Employment Issues; classification and filing requirements
- Overview of the redesigned 990 form; resources and tools
- Required Disclosures
This workshop is meant for anyone needing a refresher on the fundamentals of complying with IRS standards for small and mid-sized tax-exempt 501(c)3 organizations, including:
- Executives and staff
