11th Annual CREGS Summer Institute:
Race, Sex, & Equity

The 11th annual Summer Institute will explore the concepts of race, sex, and equity through a critical analysis of race, gender, sexuality, age and disability. Participants will have the option of enrolling in either a two-week or four-week intensive program.

This year’s program will feature preeminent sexuality research scholars, sexual rights advocates, and program implementers whose research and advocacy work challenges conventional paradigms around sexuality and racial equity.

Dates:

The 2012 CREGS Summer Institute at San Francisco State University is an intensive program. Three sessions are available:

  • Two-week session: June 18-June 29, 2012
    (3 academic credits)
  • Two-week session: July 2-July 13, 2012
    (3 academic credits)
  • Four-week session: June 18-July 13, 2012
    (6 academic credits)

Admissions:

Deadline for priority/international applicants is April 1, 2012, and all domestic applications (US residents) is May 1, 2012.
