Donna Scarola

Donna Scarola holds a bachelors in Social and Behavior Sciences from Seton Hall University and a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Georgetown University. From her work in psychiatric settings, technology companies including Apple and Workday, her passion for understanding people deeply has driven her into the space between business and psychology. She has completed a clinical psychiatric affiliation for the University of Medicine and Dentistry, and observed at Johns Hopkins Psychiatric Unit, written a novel on psychiatric illnesses and currently volunteers as a crisis counselor in San Francisco. During her daytime hours, she is a product manager who creates and designs performance management software for some of the most innovative companies in the Bay Area and beyond.

Doreen Hamilton

Doreen Hamilton, Ph.D., Psychologist and Founder of The Essential Speaking Institute, is Training Director of Speaking Circles® International, an organization dedicated to teaching people how to speak without fear in all areas of their life. David Nihill

David Nihill is the Founder of FunnyBizz, best selling author and Inc. columnist. He has performed standup comedy at California's leading clubs including Cobb's, the Comedy Store, the Improv and the Punchline even though he strongly denies being a comedian and is well aware most people don't understand his accent. His learnings, taken from one year's intensive experiments in comedy, performed on someone from the business community with a huge initial fear of public speaking (i.e., him!) have been featured in Inc., Lifehacker, Fast Company, The Huffington Post, Forbes and became the best-selling book, Do You Talk Funny? A graduate of the University College Dublin Smurfit Graduate School of Business he wears a tie, but only to bungee jump.

Sara Orem

Sara Orem, Ph.D., is an authentic and engaging speaker, an executive and personal coach, and dynamic workshop facilitator for individuals and organizations. Her unique appeal is to people and groups seeking more energetic use of their own strengths and passions. She is a core faculty member within the leadership specialization of the School of Business and Technology at Capella University where she coaches faculty, and teaches in both the M.B.A. and Ph.D. programs.
