Susan Barnes is founder and president of Susby Internet Strategy, a web, search, and social media marketing consulting company in San Francisco. She was previously Vice President at an Internet solutions firm, and Multimedia Creative Specialist at a marketing and communications agency. Susan has been teaching for SF State since 2004 and is an Internet Design & Technology graduate of the SF State Multimedia, Design & Development program. Her Master of Music degree is from Northwestern University and her two Bachelor's degrees are from Oberlin College and Conservatory. Susan serves as a program advisor for the Social Media Marketing Program. She also had her first book published, Like, Follow, Share: Awesome, Actionable Social Media Marketing to Maximize Your Online Potential.
Deb Doyle is the president of Stage2 Marketing, an agency that helps start-up and early stage consumer companies crystallize and execute their marketing plans. She led teams at agencies such as McCann Erickson and Publicis & Hal Riney. Her clients included Sprint PCS, where she introduced the first US camera phone; Stanford Hospital & Clinics, where she created their first brand campaign; and Applied Materials. As both an agency representative and a staff member, Deb acted as regional CMO for McDonald's Restaurants in Arizona and California. Her markets led the country in sales and profits by focusing on solving customer problems. She has a BA in English from Pennsylvania State University.

Alan Segal is a Senior Content Strategist within Wells Fargo's Digital Channels Group, specializing in mobile tools and next-generation transactional experiences. A veteran of international ad agencies and digital shops, Alan has always gravitated to new marketing media and methods, designing the first interactive TV tests at Saks Fifth Avenue (New York) and architecting the first Toyota.com (Saatchi & Saatchi, Los Angeles). After creative-directing Toyota.com for two years, Alan was tapped by Saatchi management to contribute across the global network, in a key role on Telecom New Zealand web initiatives, then as Director of New Media Strategy. In 2001, Alan founded The Offswitch to independently consult, creative-direct, and produce at digital agencies and client-direct on accounts including Google, DirecTV, HP, Charles Schwab, P&G, Walmart.com, and Samsung. Alan earned a BFA in Design & Photography from Temple University (Tyler School of Art).
Tracy Sestili is founder of Social Strand Media, a social media marketing and web design agency. She also serves on Women for Winesense's Board of Directors as their National Marketing Director. A sought-out speaker, she has spoken at BlogHer, WITI, Center for Nonprofits, and Social Media Strategies Summit. Prior, she was the Director of Operations at TiVo Inc. for almost ten years and also co-founded a cancer nonprofit. Tracy earned her BA in Speech Communications from Shippensburg University and is the author of Taking Your Brand from the Bench to the Playing Field (Amazon and Kindle).
Christina leads dynamic companies as they continue to innovate and evolve with the mobile and digital technologies of today and tomorrow. She brings over 15 years of experience including large brands such as Visa, AT&T and Motorola as well as Silicon Valley venture capital funded startups. Noe's research experience spans over 30 years. He began doing research outside of academia in 1976 when he headed the Population Center Foundation's research utilization team. From there he moved to other industries throughout the world. He did consumer research for beer, soft drink, dairy products, feeds, packaging goods for San Miguel Corporation in the Philippines and Papua New Guinea. He performed direct marketing research in the United States for Sears Group of Companies: Credit Card, Merchandising, Maintenance and Warranty, Eyecare, and Tire America, as well as Discover Card and Dean Witter Intercapital. He also done database marketing for Allstate Insurance Company, predictive modelling for clients at Deloitte Consulting Advanced Quantitative Group, and predictive analysis and survey research for AAA Northern California, Nevada, and Utah.
Noe has taught graduate and undergraduate level courses in philosophy at the University of the Philippines, business research at De La Salle School of Business, and marketing research and database marketing at the California State University, East Bay.
