Design sprints are a framework for teams of any size to solve and test design problems in 2-5 days. Students will learn the methods for conducting a design sprint that delivers valuable, actionable insights. We will cover how to frame and define problem statements (the "sprint challenge"), generate and evaluate possible solutions, design in rapid iterations, include user testing, and derive recommendations and directions for improving products and services.
