Prerequisites: PLS 300 and PLS 320.
Introduction to the fundamentals of law office management and organization. Focus on basic principles of management for small to medium law firms; legal team, legal marketplace, personnel relations, and paralegal ethics. Topics include legal fees, timekeeping, billing, financial management, accounting, file and record management, and technology in the law firms.
