2020 Event Updates

Dear Valued Clients and Event Community,

As the COVID-19 crisis continues to evolve and with the health and safety of our students, guests and staff as our utmost priority, San Francisco State University has made the difficult decision to cancel all conference rentals at the SF State Downtown Campus for the remainder of 2020. Please accept our sincere regrets for not being able to host your event this year.

Please note that room reservations in January 2021 and beyond have not been canceled, and we will continue to accept rental inquiries for 2021.

We'd like to thank all of our wonderful clients. Whether you rented for one day or selected us as your go-to event space, we appreciate you trusting us to make your event a success.  To those whom we never got the chance to meet, we hope to welcome you to the Downtown Campus at another time, under less stressful circumstances.
