The Construction Associate is a mobile, general administrative, and light physical task execution role. It requires a high-energy individual with a strong ownership mindset to help support the execution of multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules is a highly desirable trait for this role.
2 Skills and Qualifications
In all cases the Construction Associate will be required to use company technology to perform tasks, follow checklists, upload photographs, record results, track location, and communicate with head office.
3.1 Permit submission and pickup
The Construction Associate will deliver construction permit packages to various municipal permitting offices, submit the permit applications to the appropriate permit desk, answer basic questions about the permit packages, and liaise between the permit officers and company head office on any issues raised. Once permits have been approved, the Construction Associate will pick up the permits and deliver them to the construction sites.
